How do i get back in the gym?

i used to be a gymcel and went 6 days a week until i started finding some optimal shit and i only went 4 (U/L) but now i barely go at all and the last time i was consistent was in like august or smth. now i lost a shit ton of muscle and strength.
Any advice?

What a stupid question, go to the gym, what else to do? Or rest, maybe you’re burned out from frequent training

warm up by gooning super intensely and that will motivate u to workout arms

you dont have to be so optimal just find something you like and stick with it
if you sacrifice consistency for something optimal then is it really optimal?

you got a point there but thats not the problem, i get ready to go but then my body just refuses to leave. i might just have to go directly after school but i hate training during peak hours and i dont think ill be consistent with that

go with a friend i usually watch some edits or smth when i dont wanna go

The problem could have been because u went too much to the gym. I used too but then lost motivation, Later i bought back my membership and started going 3-4 days a week and havent lost motivation

Just start going again, had the same problem before but after forcing myself to not miss a single day for like two weeks it started getting a lot easier. Havent missed a single day for like three months now.
