ESR from hell. your skin quality is the first thing to me that's easily fixable. Look into tret or iso-tret, will fix a lot of that greasy redness look you got

The only things you will be able to improve without surgery are coloring, skin quality and other low ROI softmaxxes like haircuts.
Here’s what you can do without surgeries:

1. go to your dermatologist and get a tretinoin cream
2. get a derma stamp and minoxidil for your eyebrows + dye brows and lashes jet black

But the only thing that will significantly better your looks is surgeries:

1. Periorbital fatgrafting to reduce uee
2. Jaw Angle Implants, Chin Implant + (depending if you have malocclusion: bimax)

all these idiots in replies telling you abt implants and surgeries so here's what you can do without them, get tret either prescribed but if not then indiamart, then oral minoxidil + derma stamp for eyebrows and dye them black same with your hair (minoxidil also helps with eyelashes). Then hydrocortisone for nose or you can use accutane (if you use accutane then ditch the tret). tret, hydrocortisone, and minoxidil can be found on indiamart. Also bonesmashing will help you get better zygos. your biggest flaw is your esr not much you can do about that. Also grow out your hair
