Im starting to moneymaxx so roids might be an option layer nrn tho so what else can i do

Any specific foods?
Get all nutrients n shit and vitamin's especially calcium foreshore but none of this can guarantee bonemass. It just gives you body the correct amount of nutrients to allow for bone growth.

Sound like a grey advice but be healthy. If that means getting enough vitamins and nutrients , sleeping 8 hours a day, getting enough sunlight, diet and doing soorts

Healthy diet, set your circadian rhythm, limit emfs and blue light, low stress, cold & hot exposure, sprints, weights & callisthenics
