3000 CALORIES NEEDED DAILY!
 
3 fried yellow plantains with loads of cheese AND and a processed bottle of juice with plenty calories.

candy my nigga (ik nothing about building muscle) but literally a bag of skittles like 250, just eat 4 throughout day thats 1000 calories (idk if it being sugar is a problem)

200 g of muscle gainer a day + 2 L of milk + XL pizza + some fish/meat

consume liquid calories, just chuck a banana, milk, peanut butter, protein powder and some yoghurt in the blender
