how do i get consulted for marpe/MSE in UK

i figured i should try marpe after being recommended it multiple times ive finally came to the conclusion myself after i was doing cardio in the gym and was struggling to breath through me nose so much ( i dont smoke and never have i have very healthy lungs) and had to mouth breath
