depends. if you're young and still have baby hairs for a beard then it will take months to years. For eyebrows they rarely change. took me a whole 5-10 months to see noticeable change in my eyebrows after daily use of castor oil.

i heard that using a derma stamp/derma roller helps but idk the time frame for that, I'm just trying to do this asap

it will make it slightly faster but not weeks worth of "Fast". it will still take months-years for a beard to be fully thick
