How do i get discipline again

Haven’t been to the gym in a month i used to workout 5 or 6 times a week now I’m lucky if I get 2 so fuckin over how do I get motivation again

Go with someone and if youre non nt it over discipline maxxing will only make you delusional for a period of time but youre gonna be depressed again

just go. literally. if you already have a plan on what you're going to do, then just do it already. no amount of words can convince you to stop procrastinating unless you actually do it yourself.

Any dietary changes recently that made you tired, or probably increased load in lifestyle?

I would say, try just going to exercise. I don't have any scientific explanation, but your body will have more energy if you demand it to do more work

Ima just go to bed at 9:30 hop up and force myself tomorrow

Why as in . Gym is means to get more jacked to attain respect as a unit and strong guy who can cause damage or just a better body which women can cream over.

If u needed a greater explanation
