How do i get evil friends?

I have acquaintances i spend time with at school but they're not willing to hang out outside school and doing cool shit and they're all moralfagged to hell and scared of the law even tho escaping is so easy and we're all minors and don't get as much punishment

I need friends to do activites such as but not limited to shoplifting, breaking into private property, exploring abandoned buildings, exploring graveyards etc etc (in gta 5)
