MEW & CHEW

Mechanical tension (physical stress on bones) stimulates growth and locally upregulates sensitivity to growth hormone, (which you are currently swimming in because 15yo.) The mid palatal suture fuses at around 17-18 (I think) and the bones in the face become less malleable as you age.

I started early 17s, would hard mew for around 6hs a day + basic orthotropic practices (hard gum + breathing through nose) gave me a decent jawline and zygos. up until then I exhibited mouthbreather facial structure.

if I could go back to 15yo I would try to get a good grip on orthotropics because you are at the age where you can permanently change your facial structure by a significant margin. Ive seen people who were maybe 5/10 avg at 14yo go on to model 3 years later via basic othotropic practices.

Human tongue can exert something like 10-20newtons of force on upper palate, I forgot. Minimum amount of force needed to stimulate growth relating to upper palatal suture is something like .1, I also forget and am too lazy to cite studies leave me alone.

Neck curls, chin tucks, etc etc to strengthen the muscles responsible for applying pressure to roof of mouth is something I would have done because it would have allowed me to stimulate more growth

15yo 5'11 good base great time to start u should "mog" as long as you stick with it
