Terrible browridge and voice and got many other signs of low test

I ate a lot of slop during puberty and rly bad posture so i have nonexistent forward growth

I have no idea how im 6'5 my parents are both under 5'8, height is all i got going for me

You still got a good decade or two of good test if you workout and fix your diet. Either pin now or in your 30s-40s up to you but it is MANDATORY when you are middle ages for health and looks

8-9 hours of sleep as well idc how early you have to wake up go to bed earlier

Hop on roids then. Testosterone increase will help your brow ridge slightly but it won’t be anything major.
