how do i get gf in a foreign country

i dont speak their language ( im in turkey btw ) didnt geomax. ( my dad moved my family here for realstate/property investment.. pretty bs but the guy knows what hes talking about rich mf )

i start college soon in a english speaking/foreigner school

im high/medium inhib due to me being in a new country and not socializing for a good amount of time now, how should I introduce myself to a women i find attractive

i never really had issues finding a gf but i feel doubt in myself.. what if i was only appealed by American girls? i hope ill find some english or west european girls at my college

wouldnt consider myself fully non-nt, just a bit aspie due to my childhood
