I am currently 13 and my dad has very good forward growth and my maxilla is looking flat but I have a good jawline with medium height ramus.

My genetics are also alright, both my parents have good or alright forward growth and my dad has good bonemass, is it still over for me?

youre young so its not over for you, especially if both of your parents have good forward growth. just wait a few years since its hard to tell at such a young age.

can u mark me as solution?

I think it's pretty important to get calcium, vitamin D and vitamin K2 for bone growth but you're still young so nothing to worry about if your parents have good genetics

Hey youngcel. Don't worry about none of that shit. Eat well, sleep well, do some very light exercises and you're basically good. And don't eat too much candy

“Muh just eat more calcium, vitamin D, and k2 muh”:feelsuhh:

you’ll probably get more bonemass but not where you want it. youll still look the same even if you get more bonemass in ur face

Exactly. Since he's still in development, soft tissues are obviously still there and there is possibly baby fat in his face. But micronutrients are still important.

Stupidest thing I've heard this week but the OP was talking about forward growth and i said if his genetics are okay you just need to get enough resources for your body to achieve it and somehow you made it about bonemass

Its fking over if you dont have good forward growth at 13, ur only hope is puberty or surgery. Most ppl’s projected maxilla, jawline, ramus etc show up at 13-14.

But you still have hope, maybe puberty can save you, puberty did save Zeta for example but yeh

try sucking your own penis, the forward pressure and sucking affect will move it forward more than any mewing would.
