Is the only real way drugs or antidepressants

And dont say shit like "get friends" "get a girlfriend"

Drugs doesn't work because negative feedback loops in your body create tolerance and withdrawal. You're essentialy asking the most important question, how to solve life, all its problems.

You gotta make sure you hit those mechanical things, treat your body like a machine

Make sure you get all the nutrients you need, do cardio, sleep 8 hours preferably with a good circadian rhythm that fits your lifestyle. Also make sure your gut health is in check, especially if you're like me who has had an appendectomy. You can actually get suicidal if your gut health is really out of whack, so no sugar and snacks + eat lots of kefir and some prebiotics if you're so inclined. Get sun exposure. You'd be surprised how much it can help

Sun exposure is genuinely law, environment is so important. Vitamin D from the sun is definitely needed regardless of your supplementation of it. This does not mean to go out without SPF and hat + glasses tho as we don’t want to photo age ourselves.

Step max also huge. I also like to keep my eating in a window so I’m not eating too close to bed, and this seems to help with my sleep quality and ease of falling asleep.
