HGH affects everyone differently so some may grow larger ears, nose, jaw, head, etc. So there is the possibility of it making you more attractive or uglier. HGH for most people bloats them and will make them look uglier at the bare minimum which goes away once you stop taking it.

As a general guide you can use an online calorie calculator where you input your age, height, and weight and it will tell you your maintenance caloric intake and then you can start eating 100 calories less than that and see if you lost some weight by the end of the week. If so then you can continue that until you stagnate and then further decrease your caloric intake.

I was 5’6 at 13 and using the normal formula (avg of parents height +2.5 inches) I was predicted at 5’7.5 (dad 5’8 mom 5’2)
