Im 15, is it normal to have some excess face fat or babyfat, my chin is not recessed but i still look a little chubby but I can kinda see my abs and i look leanish in the mirror. What bones do i need to grow and how do i do that naturally and what else will help me a lot, I need tips on debloating, loosing weight while still growing good, and which bones to grow and how naturally !!!!1

im sitting around 17 percent bodyfat right now, how do iget leaner without compromising muscle mass, strength, or growth

Get into a 200-300 calorie deficit.

Eat whole foods and high protein.

If you're in a deficit and eat more protein, you should ideally retain more muscle mass and lose more weight.

Get some sleep, and ideally get down to 10-12%

For cardio I'd say ideally swimming.

It not only targets muscle but is insane for burning calories.

You should be good then.

Do cardio 2x a week find a good split the gym and then cut eat protein rich foods some carbs but not an insane amount and little amounts of fat priortize good nutrition like fish rice chicken beef etc. Hydrate yourself and stay consistent.

If you do noticeably increase your test, it means that more of the calories you consume are partitioned into muscle instead of fat

i eat raw primal so my diet is kinda weird but my test is alr pretty high when i got it checked, im js worried leaning out will hold back bone growth due to less cals and musscle loss

Yeah ignore the test thing, I double checked n tht's a bit more of a 'murky' point apparently.

Also no, leaning down won't do that unless you're in a massive deficit.
 
i just run like 5-15 blocks on my street then run back. so normally like 20 blocks or something. idk how long that should be

It could actually be beneficial for your development if you know how to add the carbs out throughout the week especially after a very hard cardio session because it shuttles every bit of it to your muscle

Insulin sensitivity is good for igf1 and testosterone

so i shoukld be prioritizing carbs after lifting ???

i have a bad fat distribution is there anyrthing i can do that will help it alot, idek is it cuz of my age, since im still 15 abt to turn 16 in 3 months, i look chubby asl but am lean ish

The fact that you're 15 is also playing a role.

You hold more buccal fat when you're in puberty

In your late teens, towards the end of puberty, the fat pads in your faces shift.

Nothing much to do, unless you're willing to DIY fat dissolvers

some of my friends alr have decently lean faces compared to me at higher bodyfatt? idk i think its js my puberty tho

Likely that they're growing at different rates than you + different fat distribution
