To get true hollow cheeks you need to have the right bone structure, this is because hollow cheeks are an illusion created by a shadow, so if you don't have the right facial structure it may be impossible. If you do just lose weight. However if you don't have the structure you could use an eyeliner pen to create an artificial shawdow which deadass works.
