You might have a chance. There is a very small and unfortunately very mentally ill subset of asian girls that like black guys. Asians really look down on black culture and any asian girl dating a black guy is an instant pariah in mainstream society. Whites and other asians face similar problems but I think it is easier to overcome for them. E.g. many han will not date uigurs, koreans or japanese but it is still very possible for these relationships to gain acceptance. A relationship with a white guy will be tolerated but not accepted and one with a black guy will neither be tolerated nor accepted. This is what I have noticed from my experience.

My advice for you would be to focus on asian girls in the west. You will have 0 problems here.
