How do i get leaner without gym

HELLO im 15 and 191 cms tall and weigh around 85 Kg give or take and im trying to get leaner and loser turn my fat into muscle does anyone know how?

How do you expect to build muscle without the gym and I assume without working outt

No im down to workout i already play basketball division 1 u16 in switzerland and teain around 6 hours a week not including games

Are you not able to go to the gym
 
To be honest im to shy to go and would rather do something at home
Just go to the gym and use machines nobody is really judging you like u think

Body weight work outs r suboptimal

To get more muscle you have to workout or start a cycle

Do you by chance have a workout plan? Ill look into buying a membership to my local gym by this week

U could find something good on here in botb threads, don’t overcomplicate it keep volume low and push to failure is how u grow

He is a high level basketball player that gets to play in front of a crowd every weekend but he is too shy to go to the gym.

Hi so i kinda suffer from performance anxiety so even at games i still feel shy but manage to push through it

Take retatrutide and go on small walks to speed your metabolism
 
I mean your metabolism is already probably pretty fast seeing as your in puberty(probably) Yeah id probably wait until atleast 17 to use reta, if you cant be fucked to go the gym, i can relate i hate the gym its full of jesters but I still drag myself there.

Well idk how its over there in america but we dont have that many school gyms or places to workout except for public gyms

Okay I give you the benefit of the doubt, you're young so it's okay not to be very confident when you're not fully an adult.

This will go over time, do not make a big deal out of it. Finally my best advice is to throw yourself out there ; going to the gym and learning to be around others will do good for your "anxiety". Otherwise it can get worse over time. Get out your comfort zone and be out there ; anxiety will be a memory.

One thing that can help you to go to the gym is this ; you think everyone got their eyes on you when in reality they don't give a rat's ass. Now imagine this for everyone at the gym ; they all have the same feeling, everybody's watching me when in reality they're too focused on their workout.

Perfect frequency for an athlete when gym is not his priority number one.
