it's all about diet, not sleeping with your face on the pillow and not touching your face with yo dirty hands.
if you do this consistently and it doesnt work get either accutane or tretinoin cream.

skincare helps but honestly when you're done with what you have rn just get a cleanser, a moisturiser and a cream for rosacea, then spend the rest of money on a silk pillowcase and salmon

I have la Roche posay teruane cleanser or whatever it’s called, niancimide serum, bakuchiol, bakuchiol eye serum , ghk-cu topical, cerave moisturizing lotion, benzoyl peroxide (for spot treatments)

I just use bakuchiol cause I feel it’s more safe
