You're going to need exogeneous hormones to see any noticeable change. sure proper tongue posture and diet could help slightly but not enough to see the results you want. You could go down the orthodontic route but they usually botch your face rather than give you the forward projection

I’m getting my braces off in a few months also I do all the basic softmaxxes diet supplements working out sleep eyebrows goatee eyebags acne but how do I actually get more forward growth

Furthermore, people with acromegaly (gigantism is synonymous, you retard), have supernormal GH levels for the entirety of their life, compared to those who are taking a dose of HGH that will not even bring them close to the GH levels of somebody with acromegaly, and said people are only taking it for a few months to maybe a few years.
And this is with GH specifically, testosterone or other AAS in puberty, when effectively the entire face has already finished developing (or is VERY, VERY close to) will do nothing but cause hypertrophy of particular (already large) muscles like the masseters, which people incorrectly diagnose as "bone growth". Let me add that this is the same for HGH, but further clarification as to why you are wrong regardless of what hormone you are implicitly referring to.

Further, if somebody was severely recessed, they would not use a Herbst appliance, they would (only or later) get BSSO or Bimax dependent on how severe and if the upper jaw was also recessed. The Herbst appliance would be for less severe cases, so try again, you retard.

You can refer to whatever you like, but the point is, not all orthodontics are bad, and your statement implied that orthodontics and "camouflage orthodontics" are synonymous terms, when they are obviously not, and camouflage orthodontics specifically would obviously be a hyponym/subset regarding inferior orthodontic treatment that ends up causing/exacerbating respiratory problems.

TL;DR: You're a fucking idiot and I debunked the continued dumbass statements you made.
