How do i get MSE UK

Currently in the process of getting braces to fix an overjet. orthodontist and aesthetician kinda told me they will literally do whatever i want them to regarding the movement of teeth, removal of certain teeth and etc. im gonna try and get an MSE, probably got a very low chance of them doing it as part of my free NHS dental shit as my palate isnt very narrow however my zygos are close to completely flat which is why i want it. what should i say n shit.
