How do I get my dopamine

I quit all my bad habits and I really want to eat all that junk food what could I do to get that dopamine

Video games or collecting stuff
 
Drink caffeine, hit gym

Go outside, touch grass, talk to people, make friends, go to church. Also drugs.

how about instead of filling some gap in your life constantly just to stay afloat mentally you improve your attention span, mental health and general well-being by cutting out such addictive things?

yeah like realized I waste a lot of time on social media I basically got tired is basically the same thing over and over like I want to do more like I quit all my bad habits and I never felt good as those 90 days there were my best 90 days of my life

A lot of people need to hear this. Easier said than done I guess it just takes some maturity to realize.

It's difficult but you do things little by little for example start trying quitting junk food for 30 days then try to quit your social media usage which little by little basically

what type of drugs
Depends if you want long term or short term dopamine. Short term would be recreational drugs like cocaine or amphetamine. Bear in mind both are very dangerous. You should be looking for long term, personally I like modafinil and bupropion for dopamine. I think cabergoline might work too, along with many others. Do the other stuff first though, then try drugs.
 
Goood thread but, good friends, wife, hobby, strength excercises for real.
 
Fck video games, it'll just rob your dopamine receptors. Stick to better habits like working out and dieting, reading and working on a fulfilling online business. Get the dopamine when you do hard shit not by playing an online game that rewards you every 2 seconds
