how do i get my hair back to prime

the first pic is what i wanna get my hair back to. ai feel like its gotten flatter and more frizzy. I’ve been trying deep conditioner and protein treatments but it doesn’t seem to be helping

the first pic is what i wanna get my hair back to. ai feel like its gotten flatter and more frizzy. I’ve been trying deep conditioner and protein treatments but it doesn’t seem to be helping
start using a leave in conditioner, shampoo it less frequently (if even at all) and wet it every morning before you go places. The wetting will restore the curl. Maybe even invest in some curl products.

Also make sure u are using healthy hair products to wash your hair. Look into them online. May take several weeks/months for your hair to slowly transform back.

i shampoo once a week and let my hair air dry after shower. I haven’t tried a shower filter though

depending on where u live the shower water might be drying ur hair and skin too much because of the minerals or the chemicals used to clean the water before it gets to ur home

i use a leave in after every shower. I genuinely don’t know what the problem could be. I have a good routine. I shampoo once a week, condition every other day and use a deep conditioner once a week.

hmmm, look into the brand of conditioner you are using, use the App “Yuka” to scan it, it’ll give you a rating on how healthy the products you use are.

Something that helped me a lot was coconut oil for frizziness and a salt-less (idk how to say it) shampoo
