i shampoo once a week and let my hair air dry after shower. I haven’t tried a shower filter thoughget a shower filter and dont overshampoo and dont overdo the blowdrying too

i use a leave in after every shower. I genuinely don’t know what the problem could be. I have a good routine. hmmm, look into the brand of conditioner you are using, use the App “Yuka” to scan it, it’ll give you a rating on how healthy the products you use are.i use a leave in after every shower.
