How do i get my new dermatologist to prescribe me Accutane?

I'm 17 and have pretty bad acne, my previous dermatologist only prescribed me useless stuff like Antibiotics (Doxycycline and Erythromycin), Benzoyl Peroxide or even Estradiol (JFL). In short it didn't rlly do anything but i have a feeling doctors don't like to prescribe Accutane bc of possible side effects. Also I am aware that Indiamart or other online sources are a possibility but i want to try to do it all above board with a doctor first. Any advice?

ask for it directly you're 17 say that you've researched everything (and actually do) and he may prescribe tret cream before he does accutane
