Some say lateral raises some say that u can’t add size with them and focus on overhead press and dead lift (for rear delt and traps)
 
Choose new genetics
 
high volume overhead press and lu raises to maintain shoulder health.

also high volume compound rows for the lats, I prefer t-bar rows but you could do pendlays, or lat pull downs, almost any form of row works your rear delt so that's covered as well.

I do a ton of chin and pull ups for lats. I’m not sure if they are great for rear deltoids
 
be under 25 and take 45mg K2 MK4 everyday with bonesmashing on the middle of the clavicles, I was able to gain an inch of bidelt in a month doing that

if it's not working then arguably they aren't great for you at least.

in theory they should work the rear delts, but not everyone responds well to the same kind of movements.

never measured so i cant tell u exactly, but my shoulders changed very drastically since i used to be a skinny cunt. gained a lot of size, don't got the steroid looking shoulders though. I also do lateral raises every other day.

just do them until u cant anymore, i use the heaviest weight I can but light enough that I can get at least like 15 reps in.

I stopped after the month since I was happy with the results, it was what finally got my shoulders much more noticeably wider than my hips
