Just kidding. Here's the deal: get a inversion table and do two at least 10 minutes sessions per day. It worked wonders for me.

I was going to help but you're taller than me so forget it.
Girls cant tell the difference between 2 inches. A 5'9 guy can larp as 5'11 no problems

Just hang by your arms, swing back and forth too using your legs to give momentum, something about the pendulum motion causes you to reach peak extension much better due to centrifugal force

Made all of that up on the spot but it makes perfect sense and I am serious and do it myself

Nope. Some guys in a Telegram group claimed to have grown using this inversion method, but that's it.
 
Ill try it on my pull up bar rn and tell you
I also do leg raises and push my legs behind my back as well like bending innit for max centrifugalmaxxing and hits abs at the same time

Also if you can balance a 5pound weight or plate hold it by your feet

Pretty easy to sandwich one
 
It works @zv212 @materialistic I hung and swung for like 45 seconds and now I'm maybe half a cm taller

If you want to push to the maximum, sleep stretching, which would be something like sleeping with something attached in your ankles pulling it to stretch you while sleeping

But you can begin just with the first mentioned that will already help you a lot :)

Yeah I want to get into sleep stretching but I'm a bad sleeper and I'm afraid I'll break something because I move a lot.

Also is that 1 cm permanent? Does it add to your morning height as well? Does inversion help with posture or spinal decompression?
