How do i get my veins to show back

I had blue veins that weren't 3d yet (when the vein gets outside of the skin and you can feel it if you touch it)
I thought they were stretch mark by a misunderstanding with my mother that didn't talked about my veins but something else, I putted stretch mark cream on it many times and now it dissapered, I know this might sound absurd but i want to get the most serious answers don't tell jokes here even if it feels so,

Will they get back by just waiting? Do i need to do something? Can i do something?
