How do I get myself to eat less consistently

I try to starve myself to debloat and I'm coping with low calorie drinks and then just one small meal for the entire day. But then I'm not able to keep it up for more than 2-3 days. Can't do cardio for a while either because of an injury. In the long run in gonna gain weight either way unless I do crazy cardio every day. Any cheap low calorie replacement foods or drinks or anything that might work to help?

Personally im fasting like i go to work for 6-15
And then i eat boiled eggs and maybe some lean meat dont eat too much carbs bc it has lot of calories like 1 banana is ≈ 2 boiled egg long story short eat foods that high in protein bc you wont get that hungry and drink a lot of water

if ur under 18 starvemaxxing is stupid
also eat things like popcorn, chicken salad cuecumbers etc to keep u full
