I try to starve myself to debloat and I'm coping with low calorie drinks and then just one small meal for the entire day. But then I'm not able to keep it up for more than 2-3 days. Can't do cardio for a while either because of an injury. In the long run in gonna gain weight either way unless I do crazy cardio every day. Any cheap low calorie replacement foods or drinks or anything that might work to help?
