How do I get night time level leanness

Basically title. Look way leaner at night I just wish I knew how to get that in the morning

You’re just bloated in the morning because of water retention.
How do I just get rid of that way quicker, I already use Half potassium salt, any methods would be extremely appreciated
 
Get so lean that the bloat isn't even visible

You can take diuretics like eplerenone. Also drink a lot of water the second you wake up.

First of all I love your posts ❤️ second of all I’m trying rn I’m 42 lbs down I’m like 18% bf. What bf do you think I’ll have to be at to not have that issue

I don’t have sources sorry but yeah it’s safe to do it every day.

Mirin on the 42lbs.

The point where you have veins running up your abdomen and quads is around the time bloat is not going to be a real concern.

Getting below 15-18% range is where most facial changes will happen, so keep going.

Thank you bro i appreciate the help a lot, I already def see facial changes but that’s because i dropped so much weight. Again thank you for the help ❤️

at night you retain the least amount of water so have a debloat method in order to fix your morning puffines

Bcus ur glycogen depleats at night and when laying down fluid shifts away from ur absn prolly:Comfy:
