How do I get on good terms with my high school oneitis next year

I’m transferring to her college in a year, and I want to get back into good graces with her. Not even anything romantic, I just want to be in her life maybe as a friend. She was in my algebra class and I did a ton of spergy things. The last time I messaged her was a couple years ago when she already graduated about something dumb and she said to stop texting her and blocked me. She’s actually a real good person, how do I get her to be my friend even? Should I try adding her again and apologizing?
