how do i get orthodontic appliances prescribed

How do I convince my ortho to give me a palate expander reverse pull headgear and Herbst appliance my mandible itself is recessed slightly so I think I can get the Herbst appliance prescribed but the palate expander and reverse pull headgear would also be very beneficial for me since my palate isnt that wide its bare minimum and my maxilliary forward growth is horrible honestly. this is my xray btw

prob true but hard to get maxilliary forward growth without an expander first at my age (15 in a couple days) since the sutures are mostly fused and i hit puberty early asf and my dental age is 18

you can try to but if you do, your going to look like jawhacks if you want any good maxillary protection from just an mse/marpe
