how do i get out of LTN hell - can’t hardmax yet

i’ve been trying to continue to softmaxx but i feel like i am severely capped. photos taken no pump and pretty bloated but honestly face is always pretty puffy.

i just starting taking cjc no dac + ipa 2 days ago about 300mg everyday

~160 lbs and 5’10 , currently 17 so growth plates may still be open. bone growth is brutal. help me out please
