Every time i talk to them they just seem so disappointing and make it clear that they dont want to talk to me. how do i not feel like shit? should i just accept im a loser? its very demoralizing having to talk to them and realizing that they are deeply ashamed of your existence. the fact that they dont like me is a sad thought tbh any advice?

Idk how old you are, but the older you get the more you'll realize just how retarded your parents are.
Just like most of humans. And just like most of humans, they're wrong about a lot of things. And also just like most humans, you have to ignore what they think about you personally and just do your thing.
