How do I get prescribed HGH without an actual medical reason?

Ok so I’m almost 15 and I’m genuinely desperate to take HGH before my growth plates close and I’ll make sure that happens by any means necessary ;however, as of right now, if I were to try and get it the easiest way would be to larp an illness to a doctor so I can get a prescription. I wouldn’t have anything to explain to my parents (who I live with) and wouldn’t need to even try hide it or pay for it myself. So, I need to know what I can bring up to my doctor that may lead to a HGH prescription sooner rather than later. If I need to wait a little while and get it later on the gray market when I have the money to instead, I will do that but I’d much rather have it now and in a much easier way. If anyone knows what illnesses I can larp in order to do this, or what I should research, that would be much appreciated
