How do I get prescribed probiotics and antibiotics?

Getting problems with my gut health that's affecting my mental health. And is quite uncomfortable. I think it might be a stomach ulcer. (idk for sure). Anyway how do I get prescribed medication. Because it's too expensive to buy. Thanks.
