How do i get rhino together with bimax?

Jaw surgeon doesn't do rhino and their clinic does not have a rhinoplasty surgeon, how do i book another surgeon to come and do it at the same time as bimax? Is this even possible?

makes sense, he works together with marianetti. My problem is that my surgeon doesnt have nose surgeon in his team

Can you explain what you mean by "Crook your nose"? Wouldn't advancement (very) slightly reduce a dorsal hump.

Not sure about that but Lefort/Upper advancement increases nose width some times

No we measured with the software afterwards
i had sfs so i needed that

You got CW? I feel as though that's pretty rare. Did you have a short face? Mind if I PM?

Edit: I see you say you had SFS. I have a similar problem. I assume you had CW with modest down-grafting? Would that not have offset the nose widening effect from the forward movement?

Gotcha. Did the down-grafting for your SFS not counter the nose widening that you would get from advancement?

Also did you get it done with Raffaini? he seems to be the CW expert.

No idea i got rhino at the same time because i wanted it anyway and gave me the greenlight
