How do I get rid/hide my freckles

They make it look like my skin is so much worse then it actually is it might not be 100% clear but it still would look so much better without them. Everyone else says they look good or are “cute” but I think it’s cope so I am looking for ways to fix it

It's called lip fillers and it's not a surgery
