Try a syringeI get these (big cysts/lumps under the skin that never come too a head. Just look like i've got a marble in my skin lol)

So, what is the best numbing solution. I tried to attack it with a stanley knife earlier after using some numbing cream and it hurt like FUCK. I couldn't cut deep enough. Pussied out. Surely people have to be very numb before they slice into it?
ALso, are surgical blades actually a lot thinner/better for this than a brand new stanely knife?
