dont force ur lower jaw forward ur gonna fuck up the entire geometry of your face
depends on ur age
chew some real foods like red meat, good tounge and neck posture, etc
i would suggest getting dental work. necessary if you want to be loved

braces or retainers
when i was 13 i got invisalign which was a 55 week course which completely changed my bite and teeth in general
i honestly had sub3 rabbit teeth theb
now it’s average

does that matter lol? go ask your parents to take you to an orthodontist. it's not that difficult, unless ur like dirt poor

ik a kid who had a horrible overbite but fixed it by eating a lot and boosting his test via sports
he still has a slight overbite but it improved very well
bring yourself on this path but until then please convince your parents to give you good dental work otherwise your jaw wont develop correctly. very hazardous
