How do I get rid of acne scars and improve skin/hair quality?

I've been eating better and no longer get frequent white heads, greasy hair, and redness on my face. What are some things I could be taking that would make my hair nicer, make my acne scars fade, and make my overall skin health flourish?

I'm open to any suggestions.

isotretinoin low dose for starter,
sounds like youve got androgen related acne technically spironolactone but not recommended eplerenone might help
for scars co2 laser absolute best no cope (dont combo with isotretinoin)
azeliac acid helps as well look for 15-20%
tretinoin start low if new, differin and retinals specifically medik 8 crystal 6 is best (3 is too weak)

Tretinoin and isotretinoin are both prescription, I would need a liscensed provider.
I'll look for azeliac acid, do you have any suggestions of what to look for (aswell as 15-20%) and products you've used before?

i didnt get mine off prescription either used skinorac alldaychemist and indiamart azelaic acid is otc i believe but you can try a weaker retinoid type i know it doesnt directly stop acne but for texture ghkcu i havent done systemic but a stronger serum worked but not as good as tretinoin for texture if im being honest
