How do I get rid of acne scars? + redness

I got rid of all my acne with Accutane but I'm left with redness and acne scars, the scars aren't that bad but there's redness that I want to get rid of. I've been taking vitamin E and using moisturizer and that's all for my skincare.

Try tret for permanent solution and bb cream for temporary solution.

Legit the whole point of it. Peels off old skin and renews it with more vibrant skin
