How do I get rid of acne?

Hi, I’m trying to get rid of acne but it doesn’t work no matter how hard I try. I wash my face twice a day, use moisturizer twice a day, and use sunscreen once a day during the morning. I’m just wondering if my product is good or not and what I should do instead. If your curious, I’m 15.5 years old so acne may be a big problem for my age.

I do use body wash on my face; I also use face pad things at my dads but I cannot take a picture of it. I’ll show you a pic of my face now.

if my face looks like I weared makeup, that’s cause of my sunscreen. Please leave honest advice and help a bro out. Thanks!

you're doing good man, it's really not that bad. try retinoids/serums and have a good diet/drink a lot if you want it to dissipate, but for your age once again you're doing better than a bunch of people.

try salsylic face wash woked great for me and keep your face clean

Don't use body wash to Ur face it's not gentle try gentle face wash, moisturizer, sunscreen n don't double cleanse if u got that type of acne + fasting

Adopting a predominantly plant-based diet offers numerous benefits for overall health and can be particularly effective in alleviating acne. Numerous studies have highlighted the link between a diet high in meat, dairy, and eggs and an increased prevalence of acne.

Anecdotally, I adhered to a vegan diet for three years. During periods of consuming meat and dairy, I noticed a pronounced increase in pimples, particularly around my nose. However, upon transitioning to a plant-based diet, my acne ceased entirely, and my blood pressure improved markedly.

I no longer strictly follow a vegan diet, as I now incorporate mussels and other bivalves into my meals, these additions have undoubtedly contributed to enhanced muscle growth, cognitive function, and overall energy levels.

Get the cerave green cleanser for normal skin. Make sure to wash off sunscreen at night. Eat fermented foods such as yogurt,kimchi etc. it’s mostly diet and ur age.

Don’t eat plant based. If you can’t drink milk from stores try getting it raw. Fermented foods are key. Fruits and meat should make up 60 percent of your diet atleast.
