How do I get rid of this addiction? I literally use my phone the ENTIRE day. Like wtf am I supposed to even do atp? I don't like socializing and I don't have anyone to hang out w either. Going outside feels boring and depressing.

U wont unless u go hardmode and block delete all apps/schedule ur day around avoiding it. When I was in drug rehab and phones got taken away (could only use for 30 mins a day at night) ppl still reaching in their pocket every 20 min to grab a phone tht wasnt there and scroll through apps. If ur anything like most ppl its so ingrained in u at this point u gotta go cold turkey for a short while like quitting a hard drug.
