another reason why people GL people are attracted to this site because they feel the allure of becoming chads

they think that if they find out some arcane plastic surgery info hidden on this board it will be the thing that will allow them to ascend into chads

theyre not wrong per se, but its still a rather delusional plan

another reason is that people who have like one or two failos, and they can fix them, but an average person or a subhuman can see right away that no amount of plastic surgery will make him GL

I would tell you which plastic surgeries to look into not necessarily get. I'm not a surgeon. Just a teen on the internet.
