yeah wait it out n go to the gym or sum kid you still have plenty of more years. I wouldn't do anything at that age except making sure your health (nutrition, sleep, excercise). When your finished developing or almost finished then I would take action if you felt like you really had to, but just give it time before you do something you regret

Cant get rid of them, wait till your 20s ( the fat pads will shrink ), if they didnt go at that age, get buccal fat removal

Everyone has different maturity and puberty hits diff

Also do not try to loose weight cause u dont want to stomp ur growth, just heightmaxx next 4 yrs (biggest and most important thing u can do as a kid that will affect ur adult life) and u be fine.
