How do I get rid of body scars

I used to self harm and now I have these retarded looking scars on my stomach and chest and there obvious there not accidental. I know about vitamin c serum but that's just cope, does anyone know a solution to remove there scars or atleast fade them without surgery or any kind of procedure

you can tattoo to blend them yiur skin tone, or just get a tattoo. i believe there's an injection that makes them less raised, other than that im not sure.
