How do I get rid of buccal/cheek fat

I'm at literally 11,5% BF, have mild acne but my face is bloated af. Like literally 0 hollow cheeks definition whatsoever and too much buccal fat. How do I get rid of this shit without surgery (I cant hardmaxx for now)

Leanmaxx, debloat by consuming less sodium and refined carbs, drink adequate amount of water, exercise (cardio, calisthenics, etc.), good sleep

I literally thought about the same these days. My nasolabial folds are uneven, I talked to a friend here he said recessed maxilla is very uncommon and chances are I rather have a recessed jaw but I dont think that's the case tbh my jaw definition and development is ok. What exams should I get to check out if my maxilla is actually recessed and if so what are the solutions? Im guessing just surgery right
I'm getting a cbct scan in a couple weeks
