How do I get rid of buccal face fat? Besides the basics

For some reason I have some buccal face fat that makes me look bloated and fat. My own theory is that my dumbass overgrown masseter is causing me this problem. I’m planning to check if this is the problem and then get dysport.
In case this isn’t the problem any other suggestions on how to get rid of the buccal fat besides buccal fat removal and aqualix?

I don't know how effective they are.

Get to sub 10% body fat and see.
Could just be the way your body utilizes fat and it doesn’t chip at the buccal fat well enough
No permanent solution besides BFR or fat dissolvers
