Exfoliate hard, you can include a DIY sugar scrub, (just search for recipes) you do that in the shower. Now moisturise with a 5–10% Urea cream or a cream that has SA or AHA's in it, I would think that urea is best since it softens the keratin, which your skin overproduces. You'll see the first results in 2-4 weeks.
